was filed in Mumbai High Court against the discharge order and appeals have been filed by the defence in the Mumbai High Court against their conviction. Appeals are still pending. |

High Court, Mumbai on 6.8.2010, which was rejected. Second appeal by prosecution has been
preferred in the Hon’ble Supreme Court against the
acquittal. |
