            The Maharshi Sandipani Rashtriya Veda Vidya Pratishthan (MSRVVP), Ujjain promotes the following: -

(i)         Financial Assistance to Vedic Institutions.

(ii)         Financial Assistance to Teachers and Students under the Scheme for Preservation of Oral Tradition of Vedic Recitation.

 

MSRVVP also provides financial assistance to Vedic Institutions for implementing various under mentioned schemes:-

1)      Scheme for Preservation of Oral Tradition of Vedic Recitation

3)      Seminars

4)      Vedic Sammelans

5)      Fellowships

6)      Publications

7)      Publication of Journal

2.         Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan (RSKS), New Delhi

           

            The Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan (RSKS), New Delhi is implementing the following                                    schemes:-

 

i)          Financial Assistance to Voluntary Sanskrit Organisations, Institutions & Pathshalas for Promotion of Sanskrit.

ii)                    All India Sanskrit Elocution Contest

iii)                  Shastra Chudamani Scheme

iv)                  Vocational Training Scheme,

v)                   Sanskrit Dictionary Project,

vi)                  Scheme of Presidential Award of Certificate of Honour & Mahrishi Badarayan Vyas Samman to Sanskrit, Arabic, Persian & Pali/Prakrit Scholars.

vii)                Scheme of Production of Sanskrit literature,

viii)               Purchase of Sanskrit Books,

ix)                  Scheme for the Award of Research & Post Matric Scholarship,

x)                   Grant of Samman Rashi to Eminent Sanskrit Pandits in Indigent Circumstances,

xi)                  Financial Assistance for Sanskrit Teachers to the Traditional Sanskrit Pathshalas/ Sanskrit Mahavidyalayas.

xii)               Financial Assistance for Teachers for Modern Subjects in Traditional Sanskrit    Pathshalas/Mahavidyalayas,

xiii)               Financial Assistance for Sanskrit Teachers for Secondary/Higher Secondary Schools    belonging   to State Government Schools,

xiv)              Financial Assistance to NGOs/Deemed Sanskrit Universities/Universities for various      Programmes/Activities for Promotion of Sanskrit,

xv)                Financial Assistance for North-Eastern Region.

xvi)              Financial Assistance for Re-print of Rare Sanskrit Books. 

xvii)             Scheme for financial assistance to the institutions recognized as Adarsh Sanskrit             Mahavidyalaya/Shodha Sansthan.

 

 

3.         Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth (SLBSRSV), New Delhi

 

Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, New Delhi undertakes the following programmes and activities:-

 

(i)         Conducts teaching of Sanskrit on traditional lines at Graduate, Post-Graduate and research levels.

(ii)        Conducts teachers’ training courses at Graduate and Post Graduate levels.

(iii)       Conducts Certificate, Diploma and part time courses in various departments.

(iv)       Conducts examinations at Graduate, Post Graduate and other levels.

(v)        Co-operates with other organizations sponsoring joint projects of common interests.

(vi)       Works to build up Sanskrit library, enrich collection of manuscripts, edit and publish rare manuscripts and books of special importance.

(vii)      Publishes a research journal ‘Shodha-Prabha’.

 

 

4.         Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth (RSV), Tirupati

 

            The Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth (RSV), Tirupati promotes the following:-

 

(i)         Offering regular Sanskrit courses from Prak-sastri (Intermediate) to Acharya (M.A.) level          including Research Programmes i.e., M.Phil, Ph.D., D.Lit.

(ii)        Offering courses on Distance Education mode with the approval of Distance Education Council (DEC) and UGC.

(iii)       Promoting Sanskrit by executing projects and programmes under merged schemes of UGC, Centre of Excellence, Major Research Projects, Minor Research Projects, etc.

(iv)       Promoting Sanskrit through introduction of innovative and career oriented programmes both in graduate and post-graduate levels.

(v)        Propagating Sanskrit by organizing National/ International Seminars, Symposia, Colloquiums, Conferences, Students Talent Festivals, etc. and by adopting sinking Sanskrit Institutions in the country.

(vi)       Propagating Sanskrit by publishing books, journals, magazines, newsletters in and on Sanskrit.

(vii)      Propagating Sanskrit by preparing e-materials like CDs, self-learning kits and other audio          video documents.
